Fouad Rafeedie Palestine Education Grant
Established in 2021, the FRPE Grant honors Houston community organizer Fouad Rafeedie. It supports Palestine education and human rights advocacy on Texas college and university campuses.
Grant criteria at a glance.
The official application asks student organizations to arrive prepared with a clear educational purpose and responsible follow-through.
Educational focus
The event or initiative must educate the campus or community about Palestine.
Registered student organization
The application must be submitted by a student organization registered with its university or campus.
Financial readiness
The student organization must maintain a bank account in its own name.
Report back
Recipients submit a report following the event or initiative.
